We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact Vaidik Darshan as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests are subject to the processing and dispatch status of the order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate an eligible cancellation request before the order is dispatched.

If your cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel the order and process the applicable refund.

Once cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will generally be initiated to the original payment method used for the order.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible because the shipment has entered the delivery process.

In such cases, the applicable shipping, return and refund policy will apply depending on the circumstances of the order.

An order that has already been delivered cannot normally be cancelled.

If there is a legitimate issue with the delivered product, such as receiving a wrong product, transit damage or another eligible concern, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Where an eligible cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be initiated after the cancellation has been confirmed.

Refunds are generally made to the original payment method used for the order. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment gateway or other payment service provider.

For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation requests should be made before dispatch wherever possible.

Once a COD order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the applicable delivery or return process may apply.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the recipient's name, complete address, PIN code and active contact number.

Refusal to accept a dispatched order, an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in additional delivery or handling consequences where applicable.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the current order status. Providing the order number helps our team process the request efficiently.
